Wilkins Farming invests in the best genetics available, breeding from some of the world’s best Angus bulls and managing our stock using state of the art technology to ensure we consistently deliver a uniquely premium product.

Ultrasound scanning helps us to identify superior marbling by measuring intramuscular fat (IMF), and eye muscle data measures the boundaries of the rib eye area, which determines the meat yield of the animal.

We have, for many years been targeting high IMF, and eye muscle areas to produce unrivalled traits that deliver a premium eating experience.
